Mangata
Mangata means the glimmering, road-like reflection that the moon creates on the water. This project requires to design lighting that evokes the occupant's mood or emotion and is inspired by the reflection of moonlight on the water.
The concept will provide two different experiences with visual and tactile. This mood lighting will visually diffuse and dim the light, gives the sensation of calm and cozy. Whereas, the tactile inspired by the waves and smooth texture when we touch it. The tactile itself comes from the material choice and the shadows that appeared.
